WTF - state troopers

This is seriously messed up.

State troopers pull over an ambulance. The emt crew was trying to help mother at the time and the state troopers were delaying it.

I'm telling you if that was my mother I'd probably going to prison for life. I'd rather get her help for my mother than rather have to worry about if she may die. She didn't seem like it was a life threatening situation though, but still emts should be allowed to do their job.
