I retain
☆ All copyright over my work, including but not limited to rights to distribute and use for commercial purposes.
☆ The right to cancel or refuse any commission.
☆ The right to take as long as necessary with a commission unless discussed beforehand.
☆ The right to use the artwork for advertisement purposes unless discussed beforehand.
☆ The right to resell or modify any rejected sketches, this includes when the commissioner doesn't respond within 24 hours for an approval sketch.

☆ Commissioner has the right to re-upload the finished artwork to their website(s) with proper credit.
☆ Commissioner has the right to use artwork for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes,etc.
☆ Commissioner does NOT have the right to claim the artwork as their own, edit or set it up for redistribution.
☆ Commissioner does NOT have the right to use my artworks for commercial purposes such as: prints, pins, mugs, charms, clothing, etc unless discussed beforehand.

☆ Payments paid with money must be paid in USD via paypal.
☆ Payments made with deviantart currency must be paid through commission widgets unless stated otherwise.
☆ All payment must be made through Goods & Services with no notes or addresses attached.
☆ Commissioner will not send any payment until stated otherwise.
☆ Failing to pay after approval sketch will result in cancellation of the commission.
☆ Payment after commissioners acceptance of the sketch must be paid upfront in full. Failure to send full within 24 hours will result with you being blacklisted.
☆ Commissioner is allowed to tip if they so desire.

☆ ·:· Refunding ·:· ☆

☆ Commissioner may change a character at any time before I sketch, once the approval sketch has been approved no more character changes will be accepted.
☆ Commissioner may cancel your commission at any time before the approval sketch, if I have shown the approval sketch and commissioner wishes to cancel the commission after the payment, I will retain 10% of the payment.
☆ Once refunded in full you are free to use the artwork as long as the conditions stated above are followed.

☆ You must be at least 18 years or older to ordering any mature commissions.
☆ After payment is received I will finish your sketch to the parameters paid and agreed upon.
☆ All commissions require at least one unshaded visual reference. Text only is unacceptable.
☆ Sketches and coloring are the only stages requiring approval. You are permitted to request minor fixes to colors after completion.
