| "family friendly" implies PG rated entertainment. I haven't actually watched it but somehow I doubt Vinland Saga is a happy little comedy with lots of heartwarming moments. A better term for it would be "normie friendly", I think. In other words, shows without too much cringey weeb shit in it. Why anyone would want to watch an anime without lots of cute girls in it is beyond me but those people unfortunately are in the majority and thats why the world is shit. Anyway, Attack on Titan is the only one I can think of. I usually avoid normie shit... I guess Stein's Gate and Code Geass might work too but they each have a lot of stuff in them that will make normies squirm. PS: How could I forget to mention 12 Kingdoms? It's a goddamn masterpiece. It's lore is very dense however so it might be a little much for your average normie to digest. Worth a shot though. |
