So far we're pretty much into 70s and 80s references.
An easy bet is a kamehameha since it easily works as an attack as well.
Probably something from Leiji Matsumoto as well, like an Yamato's Wave Motion Gun.
Kaneda's slide is one of the most iconic animation sequences, but I don't know if could match well as an attack, maybe as a ride finishing with that.
