| Haven't switched I can watch a sub here and there but I prefer a dub. |
| I watch subs for new things and stuff that was never dubbed and if the dub is just bad (like 80's and some 90's dubs) if a dub is available I will usually take it. |
| I technically never "switched" as I had been watching both dubs and subs since I started taking anime seriously. I may be one of the staunchest defenders of dubs on MAL (for the good ones) but it's true, some dubs are just too dreadful that I have to watch the shows subbed. |

| 2010 with Death Note. I always like to hear everything in their native language whether it be movies, tv shows or animes. Death Note was the gateway anime for me. After it was Naruto but still, I would pauseat times just to read suttin, Bakemonogatari was the perfect crash course for that and it really paid of, now I read without even realising it |

| when I was a kid I had no other choice but to watch dubs that aired on TV, but as I grow up and was able to understand and read english well enough (bcz english isn't my native language) I switched to subs so around my second year in middle school |
