Fan submission claim
editI've removed this from the article because it's completely bogus. I've followed the series even before MK3 came out and it's literally the first time I have ever heard of this. The cited source (TheGamer) is already questionable and just tosses that nugget in without directly quoting anyone. There is no mention of such a contest involving the three mentioned characters on any other website despite the article dating back to 2019. Not only that, would fans really be asking for a riot control officer in a Mortal Kombat game? Lastly, game companies know better than to add fan-created characters because they don't need any risk of future litigation on their hands.
